Thank you for sharing your heart, your prayers and your beliefs with everyone. I too believe that worry is a wasted thought. It is important to catch us in those downward spirals that are created from the place of worry. It is a great habit to catch ourselves worrying and immediately go into the place of Affirmative prayer for that which we are worrying about. I find it immediately empowers me to realize I have the power inside of me to make a difference for that which I am worrying about….

I give thanks for all of the love, compassion and support that is rippling around our Planet for the highest good to unfold for all Haitians and all human beings. I am grateful for the hidden gift in this disaster that ultimately opens all human beings up to questioning our reality and finding that deep binding connection that touches every heart, mind and Spirit of every Being on Earth. I express my deepest compassion and prayers to those who are suffering, wishing for them to find the inner strength to move beyond their deepest pains and find their greatest strength at this time. I am so grateful for all the courageous warriors who are there now picking up the pieces physically to rebuild Haiti, to be stronger and more awake than ever before in history. I trust in the divine timing and order of Natures’ course as all things evolve to their highest and fullest potential. I offer love and light to all those who have lost a loved one, a limb, or a home, knowing that they too can find peace.

Knowing that the Universe supports life and putting my Trust in God I release this prayer knowing that it can be felt around the globe by those who stop and silence themselves from our worldly distractions. I am so grateful for the power of prayer and the impact each of us can have on the lives of those around us when we stop to offer our love.

I open my heart for the highest potential to unfold on Planet Earth in this and all moments and I release this prayer to the Universe.

And so it is….Amen.
