We know you have stories about it too, and we want to hear them in the comment box below. There are also a couple of our favourite videos added online by others taking people through the gratitude dance.

Gratitude is a divine force that brings light, love and laughter into your life. Have you embraced it yet?

Much love to you all.

MattiDude and BradiDude

“This is actually the last thing a great friend gave me before she passed on…. I remember her and I smile for her when I see this.. I am grateful to have known her and seeing this I know she is in heaven doing the grateful dance .. So MUCH to be grateful for today!!”

Here is our buddy Garth Riley taking some folks through the dance.

“LOVE this! I’m grateful for so many things, but I’ll just mention a few here: Being adopted by wonderful parents when was a baby, being reunited with my entire biologicaly family for ten years now, for God giving me the strength to cope with losing six loved ones, including my parents and uncle and breaking both of my arms in 2008″

“Awesome video! its so inspiring that a guy gave a speech on it in church today!! hahaha! he even did the gratitude dance at the pulpit! u guys rock!”

“Hilarious! my sis and I went to the fair today and I was doing the dance and the singer of the band asked me what the hell I was doing……he played a song in honor of the graditude dance. we had about 100 people staring, smiling and dancing! The lead singer was doin the dance…. I never felt so alive or gratful! yeeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”

“This is awesome! They showed this in our children’s ministry program yesterday and all the kids were doing the dance!”

You can’t see him in it, but this is Dr Bruce Liptons class in New Zealand doing the Gratitude Dance. The dance is in the southern and northern hemisphere working magic, grounding gratitude into the earth.

When The Body Says No

Great lessons can be learned from looking at those who have suffered in ways that we do not wish to. My mission with my Sacred Fitness work is to offer guidance to those wishing to pursue a balance of material and spiritual success in life by taking proactive approach to wellness. To take steps to minimise the risk of health conditions occurring. Others suffering and the lessons they learned may serve as a gift to you and your loved ones.

Gabor Mate, author of “When the Body Says No” has worked with palliative care patients and addicts in Vancouver for a long time now and he has noticed relationships between the type of disease people are presenting with and certain personality traits.

Interestingly some of these traits are the same ones that I see in people who are a lot younger. It may be extra body fat now, but what will it be in 30 years time?

Putting others first all the time, and suppressing feelings and emotions that they didn’t like to feel, were prominent mentions.

What traits do you not like in your parents? These could be the very traits you possess that you dislike in yourself and that may play quite an active role in your health and fitness.

“Oooh, ugly”

We can learn from this work of Dr Mate. We can take steps now to prevent some of this by making stands for our health now. That extra body fat you may be carrying that you feel so much shame about could actually be hiding a deeper shame or hurt.

Emotions that have been suppressed can be allowed to the surface and befriended before they cause havoc.

Everyone of us has shadow energies. Those ugly parts about ourselves that we love to project onto other people. The ones we really don’t want to own in ourselves. Anger, greed, depression, sadness, guilt, shame. We are also love, peace, joy, and gratitude, all the ones we want to be known for. We are whole and complete and thrive by accepting it all.

People often interpret the Law of Attraction teachings as meaning that we cannot be honest with the negative thoughts and feelings we have. That unless we are feeling good, we are less than. It is so much easier to pretend they are not there. In accepting our negative thoughts we reduce their power over us.

Sure, we create a vision for the future and hold the energy of what we want, but there is great healing in acknowledging those shadow behaviours, when they surface, before they exact greater pains upon your physical body and so that we can actually vibrate at the same energy as our vision.

It’s My Shadow

Me, I was highly dependent on a mother growing up, and at the same time rebelled against control that I thought she wielded over me ( which was only me belief ) , never believing that I could have what I wanted. I must have been difficult to get along with.

I stored explosive anger deep within me as a result of physical trauma in my life, that was part of my personal struggle with weight ( and has caused more pain in relationships than I care to share at this time), caused digestive issues and even structural issues within my joints. No science to prove this, but I am in touch with my body and when the energy moves, I feel it.

I am not done with those energies. And will I ever be? God only knows. What is important is that I am truly honest with what arises in each and every moment. That I accept them for whatever they are.

A Way Out

Every one of us has these shadow energies. Through prayer, meditation, action and surrender we can befriend these energies and learn the powerful lessons that they possess. We can be grateful for them.

Will you continue to walk around projecting them onto others, or will you take the responsibility for them, accept them, learn from them, and increase your chances of living a healthy life into your later years?

Gratitude is an awesome vibration. Gratitude guides us to the gift in every experience. The pain, the pleasure. It’s all a part of the human experience. We can use gratitude as a tool to keep our vibes on track in the process of manifesting the vision we have been gifted with.

We live in a quantum universe. The human mind tends to view time as only going in one direction – forward. In reality, it is quantum. It is spinning off in all directions. Some of the latest science is really exploring this more.

When we get a vision for something that we desire to create, it does not mean that it is in this very moment that we jump on that. But through holding onto that vision, we allow ourselves to remain open to the synchronicities that lead us to our destination. And to take action when it is inspired!

Your vision for life may not have manifested yet, but if the desire is still there, and you are aligning yourself with that vibration, then in time ( forward-linear and human time) it will manifest. Believe it and you will see it.

It is not through taking action alone that we manifest our vision. We need to align ourselves vibrationally with it. We align our thoughts, our feelings and actions and live in integrity.

Live The Gratitude Now….

When we have aligned ourselves to that vision we will feel a certain way. We will hopefully feel a deep sense of gratitude.

So, if time is not linear, then surely we can dip into the quantum puddle of the future and begin to experience it now. Because now is all there ever is.

Any of you who have done the 6 week e-program that we offer will know that we speak about living in the wish fulfilled. Living gratefully for that which you wish to have in your life, as if it has already happened.

Imagine yourself with that vision manifested. And I always advocate flexibility in these. If you are visioning your ideal computer 10 years from now you may be way off ( unless you are a programmer ). Focus on how you will feel when you have this computer to work with, what you will be able to accomplish, and how easy it will be. You may get a surprise when it shows up. Did you see the iPad coming?

You could repeat something like the following.

“I am so happy and grateful that I am living in a beautiful warm climate. I am grateful that my home backs onto the ocean and that I able to breathe the fresh ocean air each and every day. I am so grateful that I get to enjoy running on the beach with the person that I have chosen as my partner.”

It is one thing making the statement, but it is feeling that is important. It is with our emotions that we communicate and pray with the universe. If the gratitude list does not work for you, and you like to see with your eyes, close your eyes and see yourself there. Feel the feelings that you would feel if this was in your life.

When we do this, we have just said “yes” to a quantum possibility. From this point it is now faith that leads us to this vision. And one of the greatest ways to build faith is through constant and never ending gratitude!

In last weeks blog on my fitness website you will see that I speak of some of the awesomeness that has been manifesting in my life as I reflected with my girlfriend on the visions of 5 years ago. I also speak of video visualisations and vision boards there.

Wheels In Motion

Now that you know that this awesomeness will come into your life if you believe it, the challenge each and every day is to stay present with what is. To enjoy the journey, to find gratitude for the pain and the challenges which are guiding us to a deeper knowing.

Mind Movies….

A great way to experience your vision is through new technology. I love to be in control of my visioning process and therefore love what “Mind Movies” has created. Create your own mind movie and play it daily along with very cool music. It feels GREATT!!!! And really awesomely, you can make it subliminal so that you can play it on your computer while you are busy working on something else.

I believe it is way better being in control of my affirmations and especially when it comes to subliminals I love knowing what beliefs I am taking into my subconscious.

For more on Mind Movies go here ————- Video Awesomeness

Hi Everyone!

I just got back from an AMAZING camping trip up the coast of Vancouver Island. Two and a half days of good laughs with friends, Mother Nature, wet sleeping bags from midnight rains, and the opportunity to step back from Life and just BE One with the elements. It was the exact prescription at the exact dosage I needed. . .

For those of you who may not have time to take a few days away from Life to step back and re-center … I personally prescribe Meditation to be YOUR medication!

“Meditation is the Medication”

Meditation is the Medication for you to find peace,
It’s also the prescription to cure your dis-ease.
Focus on your breath and clear out your mind,
Or focus on a Mantra to help you unwind.

Envision your soul surrounded by light,
And see your heart glow as it lights up the night.
You are the Universe and the Universe is you,
Just feel the Oneness as you become unglued.

Unglued from your worries, attachments and fears,
Seeing the blessing in everything as your mind becomes clear.
So clear you begin to see what was in front of your face,
God is in everything, in all times and space.

With practice and patience, your life will naturally shift,
You’ll always be grateful, you’ll see it all as a gift.
You’ll laugh like you’re stoned and smile like you’re high,
You’ll be more outgoing if before you were shy.

The results in your life will turn for the best,
In magical ways, you couldn’t have guessed.
So if your looking for change, I suggest meditation.
It’s a great replacement for your prescribed medications.

And the best thing of all, is peace starts from within,

“People who soar are those who refuse to sit back, sigh and wish things would change. Rather, they visualize in their minds that they are not quitters; they will not allow life’s circumstances to push them down and hold them under.” - Charles R. Swindoll

I know from my own personal story that it would have and could have been so easy to stop and quit at any moment. To just pack it all in, turn around and go back to a ‘normal’ life…just like ’society’ would have preferred. Something inside me would not let that happen though. I don’t know if it was the blessing of having an ego and being a stubborn Taurus or if it was the resiliency of that Powerful Spirit that is inside all of us that continued to encourage me and say, “Get back up, try again, you can do this…”

Life tends to knock us around sometimes, often giving us scrapes, bruises and the odd deep gauge. Isn’t it a beautiful thing? What doesn’t kill us, can only make us stronger? We must be resilient beings, never accepting failure as the End-point, but only as a new beginning. We must learn to stand up, smile – especially through the pain, sickness and hard times that are inevitable, because nothing in life is permanent.

As a Human Race, we must be resilient. We must stand up, even when we’re weak, even when the future looks bleak. If we are feeling strong, then it is our responsibility and opportunity to help out someone else, because you can count on it that we will need them at some point or another. All generations to come are cheering for us on the sidelines. They depend on it. This beautiful planet we’ve inherited depends on it. The existence of Life on Earth depends on our resiliency.

Meditation is a powerful practice to recharge your battery when you’re feeling at your lowest. It is also a great tool to gain a new perspective when you feel blocked or stuck. Try it, and do it often. It may be your Life Raft when the going gets tough! If you’re in Victoria, feel free to join us for tomorrow mornings’ meditation. You may otherwise, email me to get your very own ‘Cowabunga Meditation’ mp3 to practice staying stronger and becoming more resilient! (email: BradiDude@Gmail.com)

Stay blessed. Stay Resilient. And have a great weekend!

My stomach and low back suffered from it. My bank balance suffered from it. My life suffered from it. Perpetual worry about one thing or another. When one thing resolved itself I found another thing to worry about. It was a vicious cycle that lead me nowhere. It only served in blocking the flow of good into my life.

Is it affecting your life?

I have known about the negative effect of worrying for a long time. From the perspective of health, many physical conditions have their origins in worry. When we worry it prevents us from seeing the fantastic opportunities that are out there that are the answer to our prayers. And yet, periodically, I catch myself in that place. The key now is how quickly I change it, and how quickly I let go of past times when I have worried.

The act of worrying is one thing, but to continue to hold judgement of ourselves for it is not serving anyone! To beat ourselves up for thinking these thoughts when we “should have known better”, is the voice of that inner critic.

So, if you worried about something, and that very crappy situation manifested, and you know that it is because you worried, because you believe in the Law of Attraction, then you must forgive and let go. It is in the past. It doesn’t mean you are not good enough. It doesn’t mean that Law of Attraction does not work, it means that next time around you get to think a little differently about it.

We worry about situations that are out of our control. When we have done all that we can possibly do, and maybe don’t trust that another will do what they need to do. Or we don’t trust that the universe will provide what we need. Trusting the universe is a key component of this.

An affirmation that may help:

“I trust the universe/God/Spirit will bring me what I need when I need it”

Worrying about another…

People think that it is good to worry about another person. That this somehow shows that other person that they care. This just does not resonate with me.

What the person will feel lifted and inspired by is compassion, love and someone that believes in them. Someone who prays for their highest good and is sending support their way. That works far more magic!

Stuff it!…..

Many people know that worry is of no use. And so they do what I have done in the past. They push it down and pretend that it is not there. They distract themselves with other things, but those worries are still there under the surface, drawing things into their outer world.

We would do far better to acknowledge that we are worrying, begin to challenge those thought patterns, and create the intention for peace within ourselves.

“Thank you worry”…..

So where does gratitude fit into the picture? Whenever you hear that little voice going off into panic and taking you away from your center, utter these simple words.

“Thank you for your input.”

It allows you to choose whether you take action from your lower self or your higher self. Feel the relief when you say those simple words.

That worry may have been a reminder to take care of something important, but that worry may have been needless. When you assess it from a place of inner peace and gratitude for it’s presence, rather than condemnation and judgement, then the action taken is far more fruitful and the body feels a greater sense of peace.

And relax …..

And meditate. Sit and empty your mind. Listen to the answers to your prayers that present themself in this quiet time when you are still. They can’t be heard when we are frantic with worry!

Here is an awesome sanskrit chant.

“Om Namah Sivyah”

In the work I’ve done for the past several years, working with youth and parents, helping them to step more fully into their Lives and Self I have often heard parents complain about their kids not listening to them. As a parent I think it is a natural instinct to try and protect your kids from harms’ way, especially when you see them repeating a mistake you made long ago.

Having been a rebellious teenager myself, often going against most things my parents said NOT to do…how does a parent give the freedom to their kids, but also encourage them to make positive choices with their lives?

I have been reading the book “365 Tao” by Deng Ming-Dao, which has been a fantastic read. Basically, i get a daily insight and meditation to contemplate. I think the one I flipped open to randomly yesterday will really help you parents in sharing WHY it is you care so much about the choices you make. I hope you enjoy and pass this article along to any parents who may be struggling with their young ones.

“Uncarved”

Once a statue is finished,

It is too late to change the arms.

Only with a virgin block

Are there possibilities.

‘It’s not easy to raise a child. You have to set an example all the time. Sometimes it is important for both child and guardian to understand that a child should not do certain things that the adult does. This is not hypocrisy. It is wisdom.

There was once a child who responded to his father’s admonitions by saying, “You do the same things.” The father took his son to a carver of temple figures. In the yard were great blocks of camphor and rosewood. Inside the studios were deities in various stages of completion, from gods still with fresh chisel marks to brightly painted and gilded masterpieces.

“I am older than you,” said the father. “So I am more like one of these finished statues. I have my accomplishments, and I have my faults. Once this figure has been carved, we cannot change the position of his arms.”

“But you, my son, are like the pieces of wood in the yard, still to take shape. I do not want you to have the same faults as I do, so I do not let you do certain things. Look at me. Yes, you say I still do certain things, but doesn’t that show how hard it is to undo a mistake once it is carved into you? Don’t copy me, and don’t make the same mistakes I did. Only then will you become more beautiful than I.”

Hopefully this will help some of you parents in the “Do as I say, not as I do” talk you all have with your kids at some point or another. And hopefully if there are any youth reading this, you’ll understand why it’s important to make positive choices now with your health, friendships, career, and how you choose to be as a human being. All of the things we do now are carving deeply into our subconscious, creating life-long patterns and influence.

Choose well today.

Hello & Cowabunga Namaste;

Did you know that you have the most powerful intuition out of ANYBODY you know!?

Did you know that you have the ability to tell what is in the highest and greatest good for YOU in each & every moment?

Before participating in this article, lets just take a few breaths together so we can get into our bodies, get grounded onto Planet Earth and allow ourselves to be present and in our hearts. By being in our hearts we’re able to decipher Truth & Falsity much easier.

Take a slow breath in through your mouth…….gently exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in fully through your mouth……..gently exhale through your nose.

Breathe deeply & fully through your nose…..slowly exhale through your nose.

Take a deep breath in through your nose…………..gently exhale through your mouth.

Now that you’re feeling more present; YES, it is TRUE that your intuition is more powerful than anyone’s you know! There is nobody on Planet Earth who can tell you what choices will serve you best and which ones won’t, better than you. That strong, silent, yet powerful voice inside of you is the TRUE voice that you want to be listening to. It is the voice of Destiny.

Have you ever had all of the closest people in your life telling you that ‘you should do this and you should do that’…. but never stopping to ask you what you are doing or what you plan to do???

I have found that with a consistent daily practice of yoga and sitting meditation (doesn’t matter which kind) have helped me to become more powerfully attuned to MY OWN INTUITION. Before I learned to quiet my mind I would feel confused and chaotic inside because everyone around me was telling me what to do, how to do it, where to go, etc…I was never listening to My Inner Calling. Sound familiar?

‘Life can be like the currents in the Ocean; throwing us around, left & right, smashing us up against painful rocks; That is, until we find the power to ground ourselves like a rock and listen to that intuition. When we are grounded, centered and focused, it does not matter what the current around us is doing, because we are All Knowing & Confident.’

I want to re-affirm to any of you self-doubters out there. Listen to yourself, to where inspiration leads you. If you practice tuning in to what your body is speaking, then you’ll know more often when to say ‘yes’ and when to say ‘no.’ If you listen to what everyone thinks about you and if you let other people’s judgments get the best of you, then you’ll remain in a stagnant, unfulfilling rut in your life.

To practice the power of your intuition, you have to practice LISTENING to it and FEELING what it is saying. So, here is a simple & FUN exercise for you to begin practicing today. . . . We are given many choices everyday, often multiple choices each moment. Your mission is to begin questioning the actions you commonly take without thinking about.

YOUR 24-Hour Intuition Challenge:

For the next 24-hours (and beyond) your mission is to ask yourself before making any choices, “Is this in my highest and greatest good?” OR “What is in my highest good right now?” You will know, based on your body’s response if it is, or if it isn’t. And the challenging part of this exercise, is saying NO when it’s not in your highest good and YES when it is!! Be patient with yourself because that quiet voice inside of you that only speaks Truth can be very quiet! LISTEN. . .

When you’ve completed the 24-hours, share your experience, thoughts and opinions at my blog site, www.CowabungaLifestyles.wordpress.com

Your reward, if you choose to accept this mission and follow through, is ONE COMPLIMENTARY COACHING session with me. During this session you will learn a powerful intuitive technique that can help you to overcome obstacles, self-doubt, self-sabotaging patterns, beliefs, and memories…..ALL through your own intuition. This technique can help to elevate your personal life, as well as your business life!

Good luck. And have fun communicating & listening to YOUR intuition!

Feeling restless in your mind because there is more to do? Feeling restless because no matter what you do, it never seems to be enough? Ever catch yourself thinking ” I am not doing enough”?

You are not alone!

I hear it every day from people that I work with. Often there is a sense of guilt.

Guilt because you should be doing more to get your body in tip top shape.

Guilt that you “should” be doing more to build your business ( that demon has haunted many a businessman).

Guilt because you don’t feel you have done enough for your friends and family, or because you weren’t there for someone close in a time of challenge.

When we feel guilt, shame, or any of those emotions, that is how we are choosing to be and they are affecting every action that we take from that space. It is a choice as to whether we feel guilty about it or not. Loving ourselves even with that shame or guilt, is key to accepting and releasing it. Maybe we did not do as much as we could have, but holding onto the guilt of it, is not serving anyone, and stops us from feeling like we are doing enough in the future.

One of the best tools of exploring consciousness is meditation. It expands our awareness vastly. We get to hear that still quiet voice of wisdom in our head that is pushed out by the craziness of our society. Yet, so many people don’t make the time for it because there are so many things to “DO”.

If you feel guilt about not doing enough to make a difference you are not in vibrational harmony with doing enough, and you never will be. This guilt will cause you to grasp at actions to take, often out of desperation, rather than need or inspiration. Fruitless actions because of the underlying feeling of not doing enough.

When you release the guilt, shame or whatever emotion you have attached to it, you will find that inspiration comes. You will not be taking action because you should, but because it is obvious that it is the thing to do! Sometimes what needs to be done is prep work. Sometimes it is action outside in the outer world. It will become very apparent to you by how you feel.

“A time to build up, a time to break down
A time to dance, a time to mourn
A time to cast away stones
A time to gather stones together

To everything – turn, turn, turn
There is a season – turn, turn, turn
And a time for every purpose under heaven”

- the Byrds, “Turn Turn Turn”

At different points in our life there is different actions to take. Some times it is introspection, sometimes it is meeting people, sometimes it outward action.

Stay focused on your “doing”. Many people find it easy to get focused on what others are doing and feel that they are not doing enough, or accuse the other of not doing enough. Who are we to say what another needs to do at this time? That is for them to do.

Now, sometimes the fear can stop us. We know what we need to do but fear stops us. When we actually take the action steps then we can put this fear aside. Quite often, the fear that stops us, is that we don’t feel that we will be good enough. So we end up not doing enough, because we are afraid that we won’t be good enough, and the cycle perpetuates!

This is why, when our body tells us what action to take, we can take it. And sometimes, that action is to go find a quiet place and meditate.

As a personal trainer I have witnessed people have been doing more than enough, but cannot lose the extra pounds they want to lose, or achieve the goal they want to achieve. It is not that they are not doing enough, there is a disconnect at the level of being. Be, Do Have. Build your world from the inside out, not the other way around, and you will experience a whole new level of joy.

Repeat this affirmation still some more.

“I am good enough, I am doing enough, I have enough”

When it comes to move towards that goal you want to achieve, how about stating something like the following.

“I know that in order to achieve my calling, that I have the potential within me to achieve it, and by feeling, thinking and knowing, that I am good enough, that I will attract all the people and events into my life so that I can learn what I need to learn. I release the need to be perfect and am kind on myself when I make mistakes. I will listen to the wisdom of the still quiet voice in meditation that guides me to what I need to do, and do it with courage, knowing that I am supported by God/Spirit/Universe/Higher Power. I know that because this desire has been birthed that I will attract to me everything that I need to have in order to bring this about. I choose to relax, be grateful and allow for the synchronicities of life to line me up with all that I need to be, do and have.”

Cars honking, electronics buzzing, people talking, voices in our head trying to get our attention, life moving rapidly around us, not to mention the to-do lists a mile long; distractions, distractions, distractions….are you able to stay grounded through all of this? The majority of people will likely say, “no” to this question. The reason and Truth is, without a Blissciplined daily habit/practice of coming back to center, sitting within ourselves in gratitude and observation, it is VERY challenging to be grounded with the chaos orbiting around us. It doesn’t have to be this way though. . .

I think we all in some way or another, deeply desire to experience the euphoria that comes with a peaceful heart. I know that was the catalyst for the huge life-style changes I began to make about four years ago when I realized it was time for change or I was otherwise heading towards a self-exploding prophecy. If you can relate and you feel trapped in the illusion that your thoughts are your reality, OR you’re looking for a few tools to help get you extra grounded in YOU, then read on . . . .

Do you want to change the world? Then change the world you live IN. . . .

A daily practice of meditation is essential to keep yourself in a state of clarity. I’ve heard the excuse of, “I don’t have the time to meditate everyday,” so many times. In reality, if peace is what you desire, this daily practice should be the number one priority on your to-do list, or “to-Be list” if you will. It doesn’t have to be an hour of sitting either…it can be five, fifteen, twenty or thirty minutes of just sitting by yourself, in yourself, focusing on your breath and a mantra of that helps.

Exercise:
The Mantra I have used for the last several years which has been a catalyst for depth in my meditation practice is “Ah-Hum Pray-Mah,” meaning ‘I am Divine Love” in Sanskrit. Try this at home today. Find a time that works for you in the quietest place you can find…Take three super deep breaths, while imagining all of the thoughts and events from the day/days that have passed seeping out of your body like a grey mist and just simply let them go. Next, chant the below mantra for about five minutes (as it’s read) – longer if you wish and afterwards sit in silence for five minutes or longer. Just notice the peace that rings through your body and mind. . . .

“AHHHHHH-HUUUMMMM PRAYYY-MAAAHHHH”

Gratitude is a form of prayer. Whether you’re religious, Spiritual, atheist, or whatever, Gratitude is one of the things that connects you to that Universal presence of Love that exists within your heart. When One is in a state of gratitude it actually creates a chemical reaction within their body, causing higher levels of energy, joy, creativity, and love. Gratitude for the small things opens us up to appreciating the True miracle of life itself.

Exercise:
To experience TRUE gratitude, we have to move from our head to our heart. How do we do this though? Well, the “Gratitude Dance” silly!!! Make it a daily ritual for the next week (SERIOUSLY-PLAYFULLY COMMIT TO THIS) to actually get up and do the “Gratitude Dance” or dance of your choice when celebrating all of the miracles in your life.

Are you going through S$*T and finding it hard to celebrate these days? Well how about doing as Ghandi would suggest, “Make friends with your enemies.” Obviously you see your problems as an enemy, but have you ever celebrated your enemy, hugged your enemy, told your enemy that you love it and you’re grateful for it!? TRY IT!! Both MattiDude and I have done this with some of our lives’ biggest challenges, and still do it daily when the “Stuff” comes up. By thanking your problems, you take their power away, you allow yourself to feel empowered rather than paralyzed and you move into that space of gratitude, joy, possibility and acceptance. So next time problems come up, celebrate them and make friends with your enemy!!!

“When we pray for peace, health, and wholeness for Ourselves, we are in turn praying for it within all of Humanity.”
